Whether you're meetinv from home or meeting with people in other locations, Outlook can help you ensure every meeting is online. From the list that appears in the left pane, choose the account for which you would like to enable the setting. Open Outlook Preferences. Select Calendar. Select the Add online meeting to all meetings checkbox. Choose Save. Open Outlook Profile. Select the Add Online Meetings to all meetings checkbox.
